About diabetes and the programme
Dr Matt Shelton speaks about diabetes and how the programme can reverse type 2 diabetes. Members work and learn at their own pace and can take up to 12 months. Results happen much sooner. Each phase will support you with regular emails, videos, workbooks, handouts, audios, FAQ’s and reference links.

Our 12 month programme gives your the knowledge, guidance and resources you need to achieve the health results you want. By following our 3 phases and having the on going support from our team and other members of our community, you will see changes in weight, diabetes medication, energy, mental health and so much more.
Take a couple of weeks to get ready for Phase 1. There are 4 sections and 3 distinct phases in the programme. Learn at your own pace and style. There are regular emails, videos, audible files, workbooks and text-only documents, fast facts FAQ’s and research links.
Get latest baseline test results and complete your health progress sheet. We are committed to working with you to achieve great health.
Approx 2 weeks
Take 4 – 8 weeks or longer to re-balance the body and prepare for phase 2. Phase 1 is a reset and includes; an ideal eating day, establishing daily habits, low carb-healthy fat eating, nutrition basics, changing habits and creating a healthy relationship with food.
Approx 4 – 8+ weeks
Fasting plans begin for those that need to keep going and you learn to master the art of intermittent fasting until your health and weight goals are achieved.
Approx 8 – 20+ weeks
